Our residential security services are customized to meet the needs of each community we serve.​ We offer guard house/lobby attendants for secured access control, mobile patrols to ensure the safety of the entire community and to investigate suspicious persons or activities , and enforcement of property rules and regulations and inspection of safety equipment.  We maintain visitor log sheets and provide daily activity reports in which we report any activities that are outside the norm, daily headcount, and patrol and inspection activity.

Our officers can also serve as Concierge Officers. In this role they not only serve as security officers but they also play a large role as a hospitality provider. They meet and greet all customers and provide a pleasant reception for guests and employees alike, offering assistance when needed. These officers are  customer service professionals and are trained to handle difficult situations and to identify the needs of your clients. They can also serve as valets and give an added level of comfort to your clients and guests knowing that the person parking their vehicle is a security enforcement officer.

LPS Services also offers design and implementation of emergency evacuation plans and periodic drills if requested and will work hand-in-hand with emergency response teams.

Our officers are outfitted as to the request of each community we serve and can consist of Police Style Uniformed Officers, relaxed wear polo shirts and slacks, officers in suits, etc. Whatever the request of our clients we are happy to oblige.
